Development Manager, Collaboration Platform Development
Overview
The position plays a focal role developing and managing mission critical products for knowledge sharing. As part of a highly collaborative team, the role will interact with many technical and business resources across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a committed, creative, self-motivated technologist who is interested in practicing his or her skills and learning new ones.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain governance models for self-service knowledge platforms
Research, evaluate and implement new products and add-ons to achieve greater collaboration
Architect and develop solutions to deliver custom functionality in existing platforms
Evolve products to ensure platforms are maintainable and conform to standards
Refactor solutions to reduce complexity, and simplify maintenance
Educate and guide business in best practices
Support deployed platforms in production
Complete other tasks as required
Experience, Education and Skills
8+ years in any software development role
5+ years as a Microsoft or SharePoint Solution Architect
3+ years of hands-on management of technical team members
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
Deep knowledge of SharePoint platforms and components: 2007, 2010, 2013
Implementation of third-party add-ons and technologies: Project Server 2010, 2013, TFS, SSRS
Programming and scripting in one or more languages: C#, PowerShell etc.
Strong understanding of database concepts: MSSQL, SSRS, SSIS etc.
System and platform administration: Windows, Azure etc.
Security concepts and technologies: authentication, authorization, SSO etc.
SDLC and agile methodologies: TFS, Git, SCRUM etc.

Test Lead
Overview
Responsible for test planning, test analysis, test design and test execution of the testing effort, including defect management.
Duties would include:
Leadership for the Test Programs, including the test approach
Support for interfaces, test planning, Team member supervision and cost and progress status reporting
Verifying the quality of the requirements,test design, test data development, test automation
Interaction with test tool vendors to identify best ways to leverage test tool on the current or future project
Implement latest test approaches,software testing tools and transferring this knowledge to the test team
Conducting test case design and test-procedure walk thorough’s and inspections
Implement test process improvement resulting from lessons learned and benefits surveys
Creating or establish requirements traceability matrix (Map test cases to the test requirements)
Test process implementation
Ensuring that test product documentation is complete.

Front-end Designer/Developer - Intern
Overview
Front-end designer/developer who has the vision and entrepreneurial mindset to take a task from start to finish with little guidance.
Responsibilities
Scope, sketch, storyboard, spec, wireframe, and prototype to establish the best experience-based solutions
Follow brand standards closely and design for your audience
Ensure the code is unit tested and is in compliance with specifications
Work with cutting-edge technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript frameworks (Bootstrap, Jquery,AngularJs,KnockoutJS)
Perform usability reviews of new or existing products and make sound recommendations to improve them
Track project tasks, provide status and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Requirements
Passion for building User Interfaces and Applications that are highly usable and incredibly fast
A solid understanding of design, color and typography principles
Portfolio demonstrating user-centric responsive website design
Experience with version control tools such as Git
Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator are required. Capabilities in native wireframing apps, After Effects, and other tools used to plan, present, and mock up UX concepts and interactions will be beneficial.
